Are your items ready stock? Can I pre-order the out of stock pieces?
Yes, all of our products are ready stock, except stated otherwise in the description. You can go to backorders to make pre-order clothings (we open backorders if the materials are still available).

Where is my order package? It has been late for couple of days.
Please kindly contact our Customer service on Whatsapp, there might be possibilities of delay caused by the shipping courier, but we will try to help you as much as we can. Note that if your order is sent during public holiday, there may be some delays.

What's your exchange and return policy?
Please contact us within 3 days and do not wash or use the returned items to be eligible for refund or exchange.

My package has arrived but it doesn't fit me well (It's too big/too small). Can I exhange it?
Yes, you can change to other size as long as it is still available. However, return and exchanges should be done maximum 3 days after you receive the package.

Unfortunately, the garment on my item has defect on it. What should i do?
We apologize for our mistake. Please kindly contact our Customer Service on Whatsapp and we will give you instructions to return it to usPlease note that returns and exchanges should be made within maximum 3 days after you received your order.

Can I return or exchange sales or discounted items?
We do not accept any exchanges or returns for discounted or sales items. All purchases for sales or discounted items are final.

Why does it say "Your order has been cancelled"?
Your order is automatically cancelled if your payment is not confirmed within 24 hours since the time of your order on our website. You should still confirm your payment on website even if you've paid, by uploading your payment receipt and including your order number to secure your order.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship overseas upon request. Please contact us via Whatsapp or simply click the button on the bottom left corner.

Help! I made my order but I can't checkout. What's wrong?
Please check your "Shipping Address" section once again. Make sure to fill in ONLY your city name on the "City" tab (for example, City: Tangerang) without typo or any other information. You may include your subdistrict or urban village (kecamatan dan kelurahan) on the "Address" tab.
